Note: Schleich sold the male and female as a set, with the model number 15489. They were released separately by Safari with different model numbers. These were sculpted to represent Australopithecus, and that is the name embossed onto the models. However, Schleich released these models with information tags identifying them as Homo sapiens neanderthalensis.
