Rapator was a large meat-eating dinosaur. It grew to about eight metres in length and was similar in shape to the famous Tyrannosaurus. It would have hunted plant-eating dinosaurs, using its powerful jaws and long teeth to kill its prey. Like other predators, Rapator probably also found food by scavenging the bodies of dead animals, or even stealing the prey of smaller carnivores." |
