phylum Mollusca Thorunna halourga is a species of sea slug, a dorid nudibranch, a shell-less marine gastropod mollusc in the family Chromodorididae. This species is known from the Western Pacific Ocean, with distribution records including the Philippine Islands and parts of Indonesia. The body of the animal is generally translucent white or pale cream, edged by a distinct bright purple or violet band around the mantle. The mantle is often covered with small white specks and may display a yellow or orange submarginal line just inside the violet edge. The gills and rhinophores are typically white or translucent, often with purple or violet tips.
