Some of these figures have been distributed in the United States by Lontic and Tedco, in which cases the Happy Kin brand does not appear on the packaging. Some figures appear to currently only be available in China, where the brand is Xidi, which translates to "Happy King." Given that the logo consists of a grinning face topped with a crown, it may be reasonable to surmise that "Happy Kin" represents a mistranslation of "Happy King."
