Strombecker

Strombecker was a maker of slot cars and other plastic toys in Chicago during the 1960s and 1970s. They purchased the Joy Toy molds in 1990. In 2004 Strombecker merged with Processed Plastics and the combined company took the Tootsie Toy name.
