Schleich World of Dinos Accessories
Beginning in 2015, Scleich introduced several multipacks of dinosaurs including accessory and diorama or playset pieces. These included repainted versions of the 2012 & 2016 dinosaur series models as well as smaller models like hatchling dinosaurs and small dinosaurs (including Compsognathus, Microraptor, and Archaeopteryx).
In 2021, Schleich rebranded their dinosaur line with a story-based jungle adventure theme and an associated website (schleich-dinosaurs.com). New human characters featured in the story were included in playsets as action figures, along with repainted versions of older dinosaur models and new smaller models (including Tapejara and Tupuxuara). The new adventure sets included more action figure focused play with vehicles, weapons, and playsets with action features. From the Schleich Dinosaur website description: "Deep in the Amazon Jungle, the three brothers Maxx, Luis and Flynn Colby discover the last living dinosaurs. With great bravery, they rescue injured animals and take them to their Large Research Station. Face-to-face with fearsome giant dinosaurs, like the carnivorous T-Rex, they face great danger. But they only have one mission: The Dinosaurs must survive!"
