A publishing conglomerate composed of Planeta (Spanish) and DeAgostini (Italian), selling toys on a subscription basis in conjunction with printed matter, or in blind bags. They produced a series of dinosaur figures with magazines in the mid 1990s and are currently marketing a series of books and figures under the name Dinosaurs and Friends.
