Molded Products was a short lived company in the US, from 1941 to 1946. They produced toy soldiers from composition. During World War II there were restrictions on metals that shut down production of most toy soldier makers. Molded Products filled this gap and was highly popular during the war years, after the war when other companies came back on line Molded Products quickly went out of business. The composition used was a mixture of wood flour, starch, whiting and water according to Collecting American Made Toy Soldiers by Richard O'Brien. They produced just a few farm animals.
