Happinet

Happinet is a Japanese company born in 1969 under the name Tosho Corporation. In october 1991 the company changes its name to HAPPINET CORPORATION after merging toy wholesalers Dairin Corporation and Seiko Corporation. In 1994 HAPPINET CORPORATION becomes an affiliate of Bandaï Co Ltd.

The company produced articulated wild, farm animals and dinosaurs toys.
