Whales and Sharks

Like Safari and Schleich the first sea animals were made by AAA, the so called "Fremdserien".

In 1994 Bullyland launched no less than 13 whales and sharks in two sizes !

The tropical fish were first mainly hand painted with a glossy surface.

At a time Bullyland changed to a more environmentally friendly paint, and the models were marked with a small "sun" , so this new material could easily be followed, also by the consumer.
